- Add hot water or broth to OG using a 1:2 ratio (half the liquid to protein). For example, 2 cups of OG TVP = 1 cup of water or broth.
- Stir well, then let it rest for about 3 minutes to absorb all the liquid.
- It’s ready to go! Brown it in a pan, season to taste, and use it in your favorite dishes just like ground meat.
