Description

Made from Canadian yellow pea protein, our CRETØNS delivers the same comforting texture and rich, savory taste you remember, in a 100 % plant-based version. It’s high in protein, low in fat, and completely free from GMOs, cholesterol, dairy, gluten, and of course, meat. Each serving packs 6 g of pure plant protein.

Ingredients

Textured pea protein, Organic gluten-free oat flakes, Nutritional yeast, Organic dehydrated onion, Salt, Organic garlic
powder, Organic onion powder, Organic spices, Organic dry mustard

Preparation

1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 ¼ cups of water to a boil, then add the contents of the GROUNDED pouch.

2. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often, then transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before spreading.
