Ready in no time, our Canadian pea protein, pre-seasoned with organic spices, perfectly mimics the texture of ground meat. Just add canned tomatoes, water, let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, and voilà! No one will believe there's no meat in this hearty, flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

Textured pea protein, Sugar, Organic spices, Organic
dehydrated onion, Organic dehydrated garlic, Salt

Preparation

1. Cook 2 cups of diced vegetables in a large pot with a bit of oil (5-10 min).

2. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes (796 ml), 1 can of crushed tomatoes (796 ml), the GROUNDED pack, and 1 cup of water. Stir and bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 min, until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and chili to taste, and serve over your favorite pasta.
