Ready in under 35 minutes, each serving packs 13 g of protein for a nutritious, comforting, and budget-friendly meal the whole family will love.

This vegan sauce perfectly replaces meat sauce in all your favorite Italian dishes – pasta, lasagna, cannelloni, gnocchi – while keeping that familiar homemade spaghetti flavor.

Quantity :

140 g : makes about 8 cups when prepared, or roughly 5 to 6 servings.

Ingredients

Textured pea protein, Sugar, Organic spices, Organic
dehydrated onion, Organic dehydrated garlic, Salt

Preparation

- Sauté 2 cups of fresh or frozen veggies (like onions, carrots, or celery) in a large pot with a drizzle of oil for 5–10 minutes.

- Add 1 can of diced tomatoes (796 ml), 1 can of crushed tomatoes (796 ml), the SPAG mix, and 1 cup of water. Stir well and bring to a boil.

- Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20–30 minutes, until the veggies are tender.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve your SPAG plant-based spaghetti sauce over your favorite pasta — spaghetti, linguine, penne, you name it!
